REQUIREMENTS PHASE
This part done right is the answer to the ‘What’ question of your software journey.
In this stage, we will have meeting with you and develop a clear idea of what you want us to build for you.
If you already have a clear set of requirements, that’s great! It makes this stage an absolute breeze! If you don’t , that’s completely fine! Cause we will sit down with you and help you in prioritising your requirements with extensive analysis keeping in mind business requirements, rules, user requirements, functional requirements, external interfaces and any additional requests that need to be covered.
At the end of this stage we will produce a requirements specification document to make sure that we are all on the same page!
DESIGN PHASE & USE CASES
This part done right is the answer to the ‘How’ question of your software journey.
Our awesome team will take care of it all! We will create wireframes, UI/UX design, logo and an awesome brand identity for you and help establish S.M.A.R.T goals and business objectives.
Our user stories and storyboards will showcase user interaction and design concepts and make sure you’re part of the journey every step of the way.
PRODUCT & SPRINTS BACKLOG
We practice agile software development every step of the way. After we have successfully answered the What and How questions of your software idea – we will create a backlog of all the features your product needs to have. This is what will help us develop a truly outstanding product!
Our sprints usually last about 2 weeks and are prioritised on the basis of functional and non-functional requirements of our products. You will have constant overview of what stage in the software journey your product is at and when a sprint is completed. Worried that your requirements might change halfway into the software journey? Don’t be! Because we practice agile development, we can accommodate your evolving requirements any step of the way. Easy!
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We strongly believe in involving our clients in the process as much as possible to make sure that there are no surprises with the final product!
We will guide you through the entire process and have regular meetings with you to discuss what stage of the software journey your project Is at.

TESTING & VALIDATION
We have a rigorous testing method in place to make sure that all parts of your software creation are working the way they should be
- Integration testing to ensure that all the units are working in sync with each other.
- system testing to ensure the system meets the requirements/specifications set out in phase one.
- Acceptance testing which will involve you to to verify the end product does what is required.
